Oolala! New Marilyn Specs In Vintagey Green

So, I recently became acquainted with the idea of ordering prescription eyeglasses online and have to admit that I've been pleasantly surprised with how easy it is. Not to mention, fun!

I've never been much of a fashionista and honestly don't even think that I've ever owned a pair of eyeglasses that I really and truly loved until I purchased a coupon code for a pair of Rx glasses at Lookmatic through a special promotion featured on Fab. Because I got a killer deal and I already had a perfectly good, (yet slightly boring), pair of eyeglasses, I decided that I was going mix it up a bit and choose frames that were a little bit funky.

I spent the better part of an afternoon using the handy virtual try-on feature to sort through all the frame styles and color combinations. Less than a week later, my gorgeous green Marilyn's arrived on my doorstop!

It was love at first sight! With a slight cat eye shape and the fabulous vintage shades of green, they make me feel pretty and so retro-chic. I couldn't be happier and think I may have to order a second pair in tortoise.
